Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 3star888 platform — including the website, mobile application, or related services — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 3star888 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.
Registering an account is considered full acceptance of all these terms, without exception.
User Eligibility
Use of the 3star888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 21 years of age at the date of account registration.
- Not on a list of individuals excluded from gambling activities by court order or relevant authority.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
- Not using funds obtained illegally to make deposits.

3star888 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.
Account Registration and Management
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on 3star888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these terms.
All information submitted during registration must be complete, accurate, and current. Users are responsible for updating their personal information if any changes occur. 3star888 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
- Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported to 3star888 customer support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party is prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3star888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours, subject to internal security checks.
- All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent value based on the current exchange rate.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. 3star888 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
- 3star888 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes if deemed necessary.
- 3star888 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges imposed by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
3star888 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) to be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
The wagering requirement for all bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount received. If you deposit RM800 and qualify for the maximum bonus of RM300, your balance will be RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM4,500 (RM300 × 15).
- Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the stipulated wagering requirements.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or strategies deemed fraudulent — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being reviewed.
- 3star888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
Game Rules
All games available on the 3star888 platform operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Users are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
Results generated by the game system are final. 3star888 is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes, technical disruptions on the user's device, or internet connection failures during a game session.
In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 3star888's server records will be used as the final reference to resolve any disputes relating to game outcomes.
Prohibited User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 3star888 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about 3star888 on any platform.
- Attempting to access the systems, databases, or accounts of other users without authorisation.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure
3star888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including:

- Requests from relevant authorities.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 3star888 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the security review process.
